Who is HFS best suited to?

We offer a fitness training solution to individuals who face challenges accessing a coach due to their busy schedules or financial limitations. Our focus is on helping those who recognise the incredible benefits of training but find it difficult to maintain consistency due to bothersome joint issues and burnout.

How to do HSF training?

Our app provides daily training sessions (accessible a week in advance) that you can easily complete at home or your local gym. Don't forget to log your results to track and measure your progress effectively.

What is HSF not?

HSF is not designed as a rehabilitation program for acute injuries. However, it serves as an excellent stepping stone for individuals who have completed their initial rehab and are looking to progress towards more dynamic training as they return from injury.
